Technical Due Diligence
WKN undertakes both pre-acquisition technical due diligence and post-acquisition reviews for Investors and Funders to inform development appraisals and feasibility studies. We manage the collation of information from vendors, appoint the client's technical advisors, oversee the drafting of interim discipline-specific reports, and compile the final report to the client.
Development Management
WKN's Development Management Team advises Funders, Investors, Developers and Owners across both the private and public sectors.
Our multidisciplinary team of planning, surveying, financial, valuation, construction, engineering and other technical professionals provides the core expertise required to deliver real estate projects from concept through to completion.
Contract Administration
In conjunction with our Project Management role, WKN typically also act as Contract Administrator (or Employer's Representative, depending on the Form of Contract) on the majority of our private and public sector projects.
