John, a Director at WKN, is a Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the property, development and construction industries, both nationally and internationally. A particular area of expertise for John is property development, from development feasibility study and financial appraisal to design development, planning, through construction to finalisation and delivery. At WKN, John leads the Development and Advisory service provisions providing services to a broad client base. John heads-up the Project Monitoring Team, where WKN are currently active across a significant portfolio of residential developments as Project Monitor for a number of funders and forward purchasers.

JP, a Director at WKN, has over 25 years experience in the planning, design, procurement, delivery and management of complex engineering and construction projects globally. Having worked at director level with leading project management firms and design-and-build contractors, he has extensive experience acting for both client and contractor entities in the delivery of large-scale, complex and high-value construction and engineering projects. JP’s delivery style is founded on the cornerstones of effective communications, leading by example and problem solving. JP is a Fellow of the CIOB, holds qualifications in Structural Engineering, is a Chartered Construction Manager, a Certified Senior Project Manager, and holds Masters Degrees in both Project Management and Business Administration. JP is a regular guest speaker at industry events, and is an adjunct professor on the post graduate project management courses in both TCD, and TU Dublin.

Michael, Commercial Manager at WKN, with over 25 years’ experience in the development and construction industry, with a combination of Client, Developer and Contracting roles. Experienced across all sectors of the industry including Residential, Retail, Commercial, Hospitality, Education, Fit Out and Cleanroom.

As Commercial Manager, Michael oversees a team of Surveyors in the delivery of Client projects nationwide and heads up the Funder Services division within WKN. Michael has diverse experience across numerus sectors and has unparalleled experience in procurement, cost management and delivery. He brings a calm understanding and knowledge base to WKN, providing support and mentoring to the WKN Graduate Programme.

“We appointed WKN, to Project Manage, the €10M project to expand the GEC Enterprise Centre to a 90,000 Sq. Ft. facility over five floors. This was, as expected, a challenging project in a live environment. We did not have prior build project experience ourselves and thus the PM role was even more critical.
